HIRE CHARGES (for one-off event bookings)
All bookings carry a refundable damage deposit of £100.

Please note that the rates below refer to one-off event bookings. Please enquire about discounted rates for regular weekly or monthly bookings.

The Main Hall

Parish Rate	£28.00 / hour	Child Party Rate	£17.00 / hour

External Rate	£39.00 / hour	Child Party Rate	£23.00 / hour

The Garden Room

Parish Rate	£11.00 / hour	Child Party Rate	£7.00 / hour

External Rate	£15.00 / hour	Child Party Rate	£9.00 / hour

The Liddell Hall

PLEASE NOTE:

Hours after midnight: £50 surcharge (+ normal hourly rate).

Sunday rate: Normal rate + 20%

The "Parish Rate" is for Sherfield Parishioners (householders who pay the Parish Council precept) and for local charitable organisations. It does not apply to commercial organisations.

The "External Rate" applies to anyone outside the Parish and to all commercial organisations.

We offer a "Wedding Package" - please contact our Bookings Secretary for more details.

Fees for long-term block bookings are offered at a discounted rate (depending on the number of hours) but have to be agreed by the Village Hall Management Committee.
